Elizabeth joined the Saint Elizabeth Seton community as music director in 1996, having previously served in that capacity at Saint Helena Church, West Hartford. Elizabeth graduated from Hartt College, University of Hartford with degrees in music education and piano pedagogy. Additionally, she has taught piano students since 1963, and vocal students as well. Other interests and responsibilities include care of the church environment, seasonal attention to the decorating of the sanctuary, foyer and church space in general as well as caring for the plantings and gardens on the grounds. Elizabeth has two daughters, who with their families – including two grandsons, live in the UK. Gardening and needlework are her passions when not playing the piano.
